I launched New Growth Coaching in 2014, but shifted gears in a huge way in 2020. As I stood in my kitchen watching the George Floyd funeral, I realized I was comfortable in my home while others marched in the heat of summer during a global pandemic because #BlackLivesMatter. I immediately knew I needed to do more in my company and enrolled in DE&I with the Enneagram. Everything in my life has changed since then and I feel more aligned in my values than ever. As a seasoned Executive Coach & Facilitator, I can help you do the same! I serve as a catalyst for clients to be their best selves and see what is invisible to them. This is essential in identifying what is blocking progress toward individual or organizational goals, as well as identifying ways to create more equitable and inclusive environments. By improving self-awareness skills, my clients are also able to improve their communication, generate more confidence and empowerment, and gain a better understanding of those they lead. I use my background in mindfulness studies, human development and therapeutic principles when coaching & facilitating. My clients have repeatedly shared that my accessibility, sense of humor and approachable nature have fostered an authentic and meaningful relationship even when faced with incredible personal, professional & organizational challenges.
